EXTREMELY BAD NEWS FOR UBER

UBER Facing Major Problems Worldwide

*China Division Dissolved
*186 Lawsuits
*Investors Running For the Hills
*Saudi Money Comes At A High Price
* New Massachusetts UBER Law Strictest in the USA

Massachusetts UBER Law

This is on the governor's desk awaiting his signature. It will automatically
become law in ten days with or without his signature unless he vetoes
it. A federal judge has said HE will write an UBER law in September if
the State fails to enact one. The legislature has adjourned for the session
and gone home. The law will definitely be enacted without last minute
modifications.

This is a legal precedent that other states will feel compelled to copy
or face charges of Endangering Public Safety.

Here are some of the salient points highly restrictive of UBER's "loosey-goosey,
disobey all laws business model":

a) "Cruising" (Trolling) for fares is prohibited. It adds to traffic congestion
    and air pollution.
b) Prominent decals are required on the front and back windshields. They
must be numbered and surrendered back to UBER if the vehicle is deactivated.
c) UBERs must pay tolls at commercial vehicle rates ($6 instead of $2).
d) All driver and vehicle records must be sent to the Utilities commission, DMV.
State and local police agencies and Toll Enforcement. UBER is notorious for
ripping off airports and toll roads in California and elsewhere:

e) UBER must operate a 1-800 hotline for customer complaints.
f)  An operators certificate must be in every vehicle in plain view of the client and
it must have the driver's picture and the vehicle license plate in large print.
g) UBER drivers MUST INFORM their personal auto insurance carrier that they
intend to start transporting the public for hire through UBER.
h) If an UBER driver loans his car to someone to operate for hire, the driver can
be fined as much as $1,000 and jailed for six months.
I) Cruising or accepting a street hail gets drivers a $500 fine.
j) If an UBER driver's personal auto insurance lapses, then UBER's surplus line
must pay 100% from first dollar on any claims, no deductible.
k) UBER must accommodate people in wheelchair accessible vehicles. ALL
UBERs must allow service animals in their cars for the handicapped.
l) During a state or federal declared emergency, price surging is totally
prohibited. Retail rates only may be charged.
m) UBER must pay 20 cents to the state for every run. Half of that money goes
    to localities.
n) Localities, Airports and convention centers may also tax and permit UBERs.
o) UBER must deactivate any driver who exceeds 12 hours App On in a 24 hour
    period.
p) Vehicles must be safety inspected once a year  by UBER and twice a year by
    by the commission.
q) All UBER drivers must be background checked by UBER and State Police.

Massachusetts is a no-nonsense, law and order "Make my day" state. If UBER
thinks they can shuck-jive the PUC or State Police, they are in for a rude
awakening.

The day of reckoning for UBER we have waited for so long has finally arrived.

UBER turned tail and ran, selling their entire operation to their arch enemy
competitor Didi Kauidi for pennies on the dollar.

UBER's losses for the China division the last four years are believed to
be in excess of 8.75 BILLION.

UBER's 68 Billion valuation was based 25% on their Chinese division,
which no longer exists.

UBER's Angel Investors Are Running For The Hills

Enron, Bernie Madoff, Qualcomm, the signs are all there. UBER has been schmoozing
the venture capitalists on Wall Street with no luck. In desperation they sold their soul
to the devil and took Saudi money. That is like borrowing from a ghetto loan shark with
Mafia connections.

UBER needed that money to pay off hedge funds and mutual funds who have time limits
on investments. UBER could raise lots of money by doing an IPO, but it would expose
their empty-coffer financials and crooked dealings.

Judge Chen has not ruled on the California Labor Lawsuit. He may let the brokered
judgement stand but then say all drivers from now on are W2 employees, not independent
contractors. If he did that, the lid on UBER's coffin would slam shut with a loud bang.

UBER is spending billions on self driving (Autonomous) robot cars. All the developers
of that technology say that when it becomes feasible, they will not need or want UBER.
The cars will park in a lot similar to rental bicycles in large cities. You go to the lot,
slide in your ID card and it drives you off. No UBER necessary. Too bad, so sad.

----------------------------------------------------------------

This lawsuit alone could shut UBER down.

It says that UBER's mandatory arbitration clause in its "Terms of Service" contract with
people who use UBER for transportation is unenforceable. This could literally open the
floodgates and drown UBER in an ocean of lawsuits. Investors following this trial could
soon realize that their cash cow is about to become hamburger meat.

Subject: Re: Uber Hasn't Had An Effect On Drunken-Driving Deaths, Study ... NPR News - 51 mi
Oops.....Other than the few previous institutions that were paid partial studies, more like basic reviews with expected results, this real study was far more reaching and was conducted by two large and respected institutions.

It seems to me that MADD has been cautious for years on jumping on this bandwagon, probably because they monitor the numbers so closely that they have not seen a real difference.

This helps remove 'the end results justifies the means' argument, which the states or any of the cities might have tried to use as their after-the-fact justification if and/or when their allowances to allow another taxicab operator (Uber) to walk right in without regulation or responsibilities.

Final Thoughts:

UBER CEO Travis Kalanick was spending 70 days a year in Beijing and Shanghai trying
to establish UBER in China, staying at 5 star hotel penthouses, schmoozing officials and
blowing through his investor's money like a tornado through Kansas.

He was in over his head and couldn't wrap his brain around Chinese business practices.
The Chinese will always favor a slant eye over a howlie. The Chinese are also master
copiers of everything. They looked into how the UBER software worked, said thank you
very much and then escorted him to the airport for his flight home.

In the blink of an eyelid, the UBER great yellow chop suey dream and $8.75 billion disappeared.
Kalanick left China like the whining, wimpering dog he is with his tail between his legs.

You know how to tell when a Silicon Valley hotshot is about to crash and burn in a ball of
flame? California has the largest concentration of bimbos and gold diggers in the USA.
These girls hang out in trendy bars and coffee houses on Rodeo Drive, WEHO, Santa Monica
and Lankershim Boulevard by the studios. Like Taylor Swift, they are constantly face
booking their latest gossip on their boyfriends and others boyfriends (Target Acquisition).

Word on the street among these very active social media dilletantes is that pretty boy UBER
CEO Travis Kalanick, even though he is a billionaire, is a wimp and a loser and a jerkwad
high maintenance male chauvinist pig. More incriminating, however is the girl's gossip
that he is about to go broke (The worst classification a baller and player could have).
Travis has no current significant other even with pals like Snoop Dogg trying to set him
up with their groupies.

After UBER disintegrates into its Chapter 7 memory hole, Travis could go back to being
a surf bum in Redondo Beach and when he needed some scratch, some nice taxicab company
could give him some part time shifts. He does know how to drive people around point to point,
after all.

His 15 minutes of fame is at the 14 minute 45 second mark.
